How do I create an event?
Just sign up for free using your details on our website. Within 24 hours of successful verification, we'll send you your login credentials and an invitation to a video call. During the call, we'll guide you through the platform and address any questions you may have.
What costs should I expect?
Using ClubKit is free of charge. You can create as many events as you like and choose to sell tickets, for instance, only at the door.
When you decide to sell tickets through our system, we charge a fee of 7% plus 80 cents per ticket. As we don't impose any additional charges for payment processing, we are notably more affordable than other ticket providers.
How much does it cost to get my own app?
Think having your own app for your club or festival is crazy expensive? With us its for free! You can have your own app available for download in the app stores, customized ot your events branding. Send push notifications and use your own app as a marketing channel instead of relying on Instagram and Facebook. And here's the kicker: the number of app users grows with every ticket sold.
When will I get paid for ticket sales?
You can request a payout anytime once your balance reaches €500, even before your event. The transfer typically takes up to 10 days. We reserve up to 5% of your balance as security until after your event.
What if I have to cancel an event?
ClubKit acts solely as a ticket intermediary between you and your visitors. If the event is canceled, you're responsible for compensating your visitors. We're here to help with refunds through our platform, but you must have enough funds in your account. Platform fees are usually non-refundable.
